Shipping Policy

Corenox Embedded Systems LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates www.corenox.net via the Shopify platform. This Shipping Policy governs processing, shipping, and delivery of Site orders and forms part of our Terms and Conditions (site içinde erişilebilir). The Policy complies with Texas law (Tex. Bus. & Com. Code § 17.46 et seq.), Google Merchant Center requirements, and Shopify standards.

Article 1: Order Processing

1.1 Order Confirmation

After successful payment you’ll receive an email confirmation with your Order Number and purchase summary. If not received within 24 hours, check spam/junk or contact us (see Article 6).

1.2 Processing Timeline

Orders are processed within 3 days from payment confirmation, subject to verification and stock. 

1.3 Shopify Integration

Processing runs on Shopify’s e-commerce systems. We are not liable for third-party platform delays where we’ve met our obligations under Texas law.

Article 2: Shipping Locations and Delivery Times

2.1 Locations

We currently ship to the United States and Canada. Additional countries may be added after Google Merchant Center approval; availability is shown at checkout.

2.2 Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Delivery: 3–5 days after processing (≈ total 4–7 days from purchase).
  • Processing plus shipping in total maximum 7 days delivery time.
  • Remote Areas: add 2–3 days.
  • International (Canada / future): customs may add 3–7 days.

2.3 Delivery Disruptions

Estimates may shift due to postal delays, severe weather, customs inspections, or carrier issues. Significant delays will be communicated via email/phone using your checkout contact details.

Article 3: Shipping Carriers and Costs

3.1 Carriers

Global Express shipments use reputable carriers such as DHL or FedEx. Standard shipping may use other carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS) at our discretion and as shown at checkout.

3.2 Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout by destination, weight, and method. All costs are shown before confirming your order.

3.3 Customs & Duties

For international orders, you’re responsible for any duties, taxes, or fees charged by the destination country. We provide required documents, but are not liable for customs delays or related costs.

Article 4: Order Tracking and Insurance

4.1 Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking number when your order ships. Track it via your account’s order details, our site’s tracking page, or the carrier’s website.

4.2 Insurance

All shipments are insured against loss or transit damage up to the order’s total value. Report loss or damage within 7 days of the estimated delivery date to initiate a claim.

Article 5: Address Accuracy and Changes

5.1 Customer Responsibility

Provide complete and accurate shipping details at purchase. We are not liable for delay or non-delivery due to address errors.

5.2 Changes

Address changes are not possible after dispatch. If a parcel returns due to an incorrect address, you bear the loss. We do not refund/replace in such cases unless the error is ours—then we’ll reship or refund per our Return Policy (site içinde erişilebilir).

Disputes are handled via good-faith negotiation; unresolved matters fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Harris County, Texas, unless mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.

  • Transparent shipping costs, delivery windows, and tracking options at checkout.
  • Accurate availability/restrictions by destination.
  • Secure order handling in PCI DSS–aligned systems.

Article 8: International Shipping Considerations

We currently ship to the U.S. and Canada. Additional countries may be added, subject to local consumer protections (e.g., EU Consumer Rights Directive, Canada’s consumer laws). Where required, rights such as a 14-day withdrawal for qualifying online purchases will be honored.

Return and Refund Policy

Article 1: Return Eligibility and Timeframe

1.1 Return Period

You may request a return within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order. Opening the outer packaging does not affect eligibility if the item meets the conditions below.

1.2 Eligibility Conditions

  • RMA: Email corenox@corenox.net to obtain an RMA number and prepaid label.
  • Condition: Unused, same condition as received, suitable for resale; minimal handling (e.g., testing) permitted.
  • Proof of Purchase: Order number, receipt, or confirmation email required.
  • Packaging: Original or equivalent protective packaging for safe transit.

1.3 Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards or digital vouchers.
  • Products marked non-returnable at purchase (e.g., clearance), if applicable.

Article 2: Return Process

2.1 Initiating a Return

Contact corenox@corenox.net with your order number and reason. If approved, you’ll receive an RMA, a prepaid return label, and instructions (e.g., FedEx drop-off). Returns sent without an RMA may be rejected.

2.2 Shipping Costs

We cover return shipping for eligible returns when you use our prepaid label. If you choose another method, you are responsible for costs unless the return is due to our error.

Article 3: Damages, Defects, and Incorrect Items

3.1 Inspection Requirement

Inspect your order upon delivery. For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, contact us within 7 calendar days at corenox@corenox.net.

3.2 Remedies

  • Replacement with identical or equivalent product (subject to availability),
  • Full refund to original payment method, or
  • Store credit (if agreed).

Article 4: Refund Process

4.1 Approval

After we receive your return, inspection is completed within 3 days. You’ll be notified by email of approval or rejection (with reason if rejected).

4.2 Issuance

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 days.

Total refund processing time including inspection and issuance is 10 days.

Your bank/payment provider may require an additional 5–10 days to post funds.

Please note that refund processing may be delayed if the returned item takes longer to ship or arrive. The sooner the product is returned and received, the sooner we can inspect it and issue the refund.

Refunds include purchase price and original shipping unless the return is due to customer error (e.g., incorrect address).

4.3 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired product.

We currently accept returns from the U.S. and Canada. Additional countries may be added subject to local consumer protection laws.

For EU/UK consumers, rights such as withdrawal within 14 days for qualifying online purchases may apply. You are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect; in that case, we cover costs.

For international returns, you are responsible for any customs duties/fees unless the return is due to our error.

1.1 Available Methods

  • Other methods as displayed at checkout (subject to Shopify gateway capabilities).

1.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Shopify’s PCI DSS–compliant gateway. We do not store payment details on our servers; payment data is handled by Shopify or authorized processors.

Article 2: Pricing and Taxes

2.1 Pricing Transparency

Prices are shown in USD at checkout, exclusive of taxes and shipping. These are calculated and disclosed before order confirmation. Prices may change without notice, but not for orders already placed.

2.2 Taxes

We collect sales taxes where required (including Texas per Tex. Tax Code § 151.001 et seq.), based on the shipping address. For international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees.

2.3 Price Errors

In case of pricing error, we may cancel/refuse the order. If payment has processed, a full refund will be issued to the original method within seven (7) business days, consistent with Tex. Bus. & Com. Code § 17.46 et seq.

Article 3: Payment Authorization and Verification

3.1 Authorization

By submitting payment, you authorize us (via Shopify) to charge the total amount (items, taxes, shipping) to your chosen method and represent that you are authorized to use it.

3.2 Verification

To prevent fraud, we may verify details (including contacting you or your provider). Orders may be delayed or canceled if verification cannot be completed.

Article 4: Order Confirmation and Processing

4.1 Confirmation

After successful payment, you’ll receive an email confirmation (order number, items, total). If not received within 24 hours, check spam/junk or contact us (see Article 7).

4.2 Failed Payments

If payment fails/declines, we’ll notify you. Provide an alternative method within three (3) business days, or the order may be canceled.

Article 5: Refunds and Cancellations

5.1 Refund Process

Refunds for eligible orders follow our Return and Refund Policy (site içinde erişilebilir). Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within seven (7) business days. Your bank/payment provider may need an additional 5–10 business days to post funds.

5.2 Order Cancellations

You may request cancellation before shipment by emailing corenox@corenox.net. If approved, a full refund is issued. After shipment, use our Return and Refund Policy.

5.3 Fraudulent Transactions

We may cancel/refuse any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized payment use and may report incidents to authorities, as permitted by Tex. Bus. & Com. Code § 17.46 et seq.

  • Transparent pricing, taxes, and shipping disclosure at checkout.
  • Secure, PCI DSS–aligned processing.
