Shipping Policy

Corenox Embedded Systems LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates www.corenox.net via the Shopify platform. This Shipping Policy governs processing, shipping, and delivery of Site orders and forms part of our Terms and Conditions (site içinde erişilebilir). The Policy complies with Texas law (Tex. Bus. & Com. Code § 17.46 et seq.), Google Merchant Center requirements, and Shopify standards.

Article 1: Order Processing

1.1 Order Confirmation

After successful payment you’ll receive an email confirmation with your Order Number and purchase summary. If not received within 24 hours, check spam/junk or contact us (see Article 6).

1.2 Processing Timeline

Orders are processed within 3 days from payment confirmation, subject to verification and stock. 

1.3 Shopify Integration

Processing runs on Shopify’s e-commerce systems. We are not liable for third-party platform delays where we’ve met our obligations under Texas law.

Article 2: Shipping Locations and Delivery Times

2.1 Locations

We currently ship to the United States and Canada. Additional countries may be added after Google Merchant Center approval; availability is shown at checkout.

2.2 Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Delivery: 3–5 days after processing (≈ total 4–7 days from purchase).
  • Processing plus shipping in total maximum 7 days delivery time.
  • Remote Areas: add 2–3 days.
  • International (Canada / future): customs may add 3–7 days.

2.3 Delivery Disruptions

Estimates may shift due to postal delays, severe weather, customs inspections, or carrier issues. Significant delays will be communicated via email/phone using your checkout contact details.

Article 3: Shipping Carriers and Costs

3.1 Carriers

Global Express shipments use reputable carriers such as DHL or FedEx. Standard shipping may use other carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS) at our discretion and as shown at checkout.

3.2 Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout by destination, weight, and method. All costs are shown before confirming your order.

3.3 Customs & Duties

For international orders, you’re responsible for any duties, taxes, or fees charged by the destination country. We provide required documents, but are not liable for customs delays or related costs.

Article 4: Order Tracking and Insurance

4.1 Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking number when your order ships. Track it via your account’s order details, our site’s tracking page, or the carrier’s website.

4.2 Insurance

All shipments are insured against loss or transit damage up to the order’s total value. Report loss or damage within 7 days of the estimated delivery date to initiate a claim.

Article 5: Address Accuracy and Changes

5.1 Customer Responsibility

Provide complete and accurate shipping details at purchase. We are not liable for delay or non-delivery due to address errors.

5.2 Changes

Address changes are not possible after dispatch. If a parcel returns due to an incorrect address, you bear the loss. We do not refund/replace in such cases unless the error is ours—then we’ll reship or refund per our Return Policy (site içinde erişilebilir).

Complaints may be escalated to the FTC or Better Business Bureau (U.S.), or to your local consumer authority internationally.

Disputes are handled via good-faith negotiation; unresolved matters fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Harris County, Texas, unless mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.

Article 7: Google Merchant Center Compliance

  • Transparent shipping costs, delivery windows, and tracking options at checkout.
  • Accurate availability/restrictions by destination.
  • Secure order handling in PCI DSS–aligned systems.
  • Clear return/refund communication per our Return Policy (site içinde erişilebilir).

Article 8: International Shipping Considerations

We currently ship to the U.S. and Canada. Additional countries may be added, subject to local consumer protections (e.g., EU Consumer Rights Directive, Canada’s consumer laws). Where required, rights such as a 14-day withdrawal for qualifying online purchases will be honored.

Article 9: Governing Law

This Policy is governed by Texas law without regard to conflict-of-law rules, including compliance with Tex. Bus. & Com. Code § 17.46 et seq.
