Return and Refund Policy

Corenox Embedded Systems LLC • Effective Date: September 27, 2025

This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases on www.corenox.net (Shopify platform) and forms part of our Terms and Conditions (site içinde erişilebilir). It complies with Texas law (Tex. Bus. & Com. Code § 17.46 et seq.), Google Merchant Center, and Shopify standards.

Article 1: Return Eligibility and Timeframe

1.1 Return Period

You may request a return within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order. Opening the outer packaging does not affect eligibility if the item meets the conditions below.

1.2 Eligibility Conditions

  • RMA: Email corenox@corenox.net to obtain an RMA number and prepaid label.
  • Condition: Unused, same condition as received, suitable for resale; minimal handling (e.g., testing) permitted.
  • Proof of Purchase: Order number, receipt, or confirmation email required.
  • Packaging: Original or equivalent protective packaging for safe transit.

1.3 Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards or digital vouchers.
  • Products marked non-returnable at purchase (e.g., clearance), if applicable.

Article 2: Return Process

2.1 Initiating a Return

Contact corenox@corenox.net with your order number and reason. If approved, you’ll receive an RMA, a prepaid return label, and instructions (e.g., FedEx drop-off). Returns sent without an RMA may be rejected.

2.2 Shipping Costs

We cover return shipping for eligible returns when you use our prepaid label. If you choose another method, you are responsible for costs unless the return is due to our error.

2.3 Return Submission

Ship the item within 7 calendar days of receiving the RMA and label to:

Article 3: Damages, Defects, and Incorrect Items

3.1 Inspection Requirement

Inspect your order upon delivery. For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, contact us within 7 calendar days at corenox@corenox.net.

3.2 Remedies

  • Replacement with identical or equivalent product (subject to availability),
  • Full refund to original payment method, or
  • Store credit (if agreed).

Article 4: Refund Process

4.1 Approval

After we receive your return, inspection is completed within 3 days. You’ll be notified by email of approval or rejection (with reason if rejected).

4.2 Issuance

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 days.

Total refund processing time including inspection and issuance is 10 days.

Your bank/payment provider may require an additional 5–10 days to post funds.

Please note that refund processing may be delayed if the returned item takes longer to ship or arrive. The sooner the product is returned and received, the sooner we can inspect it and issue the refund.

Refunds include purchase price and original shipping unless the return is due to customer error (e.g., incorrect address).

4.3 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired product.

We respond within 2 days. Complaints may be escalated to the FTC/BBB (U.S.) or your local consumer authority internationally.

Disputes are resolved via good-faith negotiation; unresolved matters fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Harris County, Texas, unless mandatory local consumer law applies.

Article 6: Google Merchant Center Compliance

  • Transparent eligibility, timeframes, and processes for returns and refunds.
  • Clear communication of return shipping costs (covered by us for eligible returns using our label).
  • Refunds processed within 7 days after approval.
  • Compliance with applicable consumer laws (e.g., Tex. Bus. & Com. Code § 17.46 et seq., GDPR/EU CRD where relevant).

Article 7: International Return Considerations

We currently accept returns from the U.S. and Canada. Additional countries may be added subject to local consumer protection laws.

For EU/UK consumers, rights such as withdrawal within 14 days for qualifying online purchases may apply. You are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect; in that case, we cover costs.

For international returns, you are responsible for any customs duties/fees unless the return is due to our error.

Article 8: Governing Law

This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, including compliance with Tex. Bus. & Com. Code § 17.46 et seq.
